Job Description

Are you an experienced accountant who enjoys financial reporting while also having the opportunity to improve processes and work across departments? Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and financial analyses in accordance with GAAP.

• Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

• Oversee accounting related to payroll, employee benefits, and retirement programs.

• Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and cash management activities.

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.

• Experience with multi-entity accounting.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and a strong advanced skill set within Excel and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation or MBA.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or regulatory reporting.

• Background in process improvement or accounting automation.
