???? Now Hiring: Soccer Shots Youth Soccer Coach (Part-Time) – Columbia, SC ????

Are you the kind of person who lights up around kids? Do you love being goofy, playing games, and being called a “big kid” (in the best way possible)? Do you believe sports—especially soccer—can be a powerful tool for teaching life lessons? If you're nodding yes, we want you on our team!
About Soccer Shots – Columbia / Greater Columbia, SC:
Soccer Shots is the #1 children's fitness franchise in the country, and we've served the Columbia area for 15 years! We offer high-energy, fun, and engaging soccer classes to children ages 2–8, using the sport as a vehicle to positively impact children’s lives. Our curriculum focuses on character development, not just soccer skills and goals! We operate year-round at preschools, daycares, community centers, and parks.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for energetic, reliable, and fun-loving coaches who can connect with young children, follow our age-appropriate curriculum, and bring each 30–40 minute session to life. No need to be a soccer pro—just bring your passion, personality, and positive attitude!
✅ You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are:
Energetic & Playful : You’re often called a “big kid” and love being silly—but you also know how to maintain structure and keep things under control.
Great with Kids : You love working with children ages 2–8 and have experience in coaching, babysitting, childcare, education, or camp counseling.
Reliable & Responsible : You show up on time, communicate well, and can manage a group of up to 10+ kids.
Professional & Positive: You’re comfortable interacting with parents, school staff, and fellow team members.
Willing to Travel: You have reliable transportation and are willing to drive up to 25 miles for a session (gas reimbursement available).
???? Must-Haves:
Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Availability for at least 2–3 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
Enthusiasm for soccer and early childhood education (no professional playing experience required!)
???? Typical Hours:
Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
We’ll work with your schedule—coaching hours are flexible and based on your availability.
???? We Invest in You:
Paid Training: We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Ongoing Development: You'll receive coaching feedback and opportunities for continued growth.
Career Opportunities: Many of our franchise owners started as coaches—this can be more than just a part-time job.
???? Compensation:
• $15 – $20 per session (30–45 minutes per session)
• Pay increases with experience, performance, and training level
• Mileage/gas reimbursement available
???? Perks:
Flexible scheduling
Fun and meaningful work
Opportunity to be a hero in a child’s life every day
