HVAC Install Lead Technician- SIGN ON/RELOCATION BONUS up to $2,500

Responsibilities Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client. Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code. Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics Qualifications EPA Certified. A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. NATE Certification preferred. HVAC certification or Diploma preferred. Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license Prefer 5-7 years of verifiable work experience in HVAC install. Bonus Requirement: Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable HVAC experience.
