Pool Bartender
At Banner House, the Pool Bartender plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all members and guests who visit our taqueria/pool. As a Pool Bartender, you will be an ambassador for the Banner House at T Bar M brand and its food and drink offerings. Your professional demeanor, positive energy, and engaging personality will contribute to a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere that encourages conversation and drives sales.
As a successful Pool Bartender at Banner House, your responsibilities will include preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serving food, and providing outstanding customer service. You will greet members and guests, learn and remember their preferences, answer their questions, make menu recommendations, and skillfully prepare and serve beverages. Upselling items, creating new recipes, utilizing proper equipment and ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness are also key aspects of the role.
To excel as a Pool Bartender at Banner House, you should present yourself in a neat and sharp manner, with a friendly and approachable personality. Your efficiency, attentiveness, knowledge of beverages, and ability to multitask will ensure timely and consistent service. Additionally, having a passion for craft cocktails and a thirst for exploring new and innovative drive creations will be highly valued.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in high-volume food and beverage operation.
- Proficiency in crafting cocktails, including working with seasonally influenced perishable ingredients.
- Ability to multitask effectively and deliver drink orders promptly while maintaining consistency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in working hours and dependable attendance.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service. (e.g., TIPS certification) is required.
- Willingness to come early to shift to attend all Pre-shifts.
This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position after the season, depending on need.
