Essential Skills

• Bachelors degree in Architecture is required; a Masters degree in Architecture is preferred.

• Proficiency in Revit for design, documentation, and coordination.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and production of construction drawings.

• Demonstrated working experience within commercial architecture projects, with no focus on residential work.

• Strong ability to develop and review construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Job Description

The Architectural Designer / Project Architect leads architectural projects from concept through construction, overseeing design development, documentation, and coordination with clients and project teams. This role combines hands-on design work with project leadership, ensuring that each project meets client goals, adheres to budgets and schedules, and complies with applicable codes and standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grandville, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
