Implement policies and procedures for documenting, storing, and retrieving information, including processing medical-legal documents, insurance data, and correspondence requests. Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation as required. Ensure HIPAA guidelines are strictly followed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in information management and psychiatric healthcare facilities is preferred.
