Role Description This full-time, on-site Store Manager role is based in Hinddale, IL. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and scheduling the store team to achieve sales targets while maintaining an exceptional in-store experience. The Store Manager monitors customer service standards, addresses customer concerns, and ensures the store environment is welcoming, safe, and well-organized. The role also involves implementing retail loss prevention practices, analyzing store performance reports, and partnering with leadership on local marketing initiatives and brand representation. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a welcoming and helpful in-store experience. Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and sales floor leadership. Effective Communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, feedback, and coaching to team members, and to interact professionally with customers and partners. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures to minimize shrink and maintain a safe store environment. Experience in retail or fashion environments, with an understanding of visual merchandising and sales fundamentals. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
