What You'll Do Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will: Implement individualized treatment plans Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence Document patient progress and treatment outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care Help create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences for residents Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Texas COTA license NBCOT Certification CPR Certification (preferred) Why Join Synergy Care?
