Located in the charming city of Holland, MI, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a warm and welcoming environment. What You’ll Do As a Bartender/Server, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Opening the bar/restaurant for evening dinner service. Bartending and serving guests with professionalism and a guest-first attitude. Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery to tables. Running food and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area. Completing side work and assisting with closing/resetting the bar and dining area at the end of the night. Adhering to all alcohol service, cash handling, food safety, and company policies. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring the following: Experience : At least 1 year of previous restaurant, bar, or hotel service experience is preferred. Dependability : A reliable team member who can work independently and take initiative. Guest-Focused Attitude : A passion for providing outstanding service and creating positive guest interactions. Multitasking Skills : Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Availability : Evening shifts from 4:45 PM to 11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays.
