Dining Hall Server Opportunity at Hope College
Join the Creative Dining Services team at Hope College! We're hiring Dining Hall Servers who are energetic, dependable, and love fast-paced, team-oriented environments. If you enjoy making guests smile and want to be part of a supportive crew, we want to meet you!
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve meals quickly, accurately, and with a great attitude
- Keep food fresh and safe (monitor temps, restock as needed)
- Maintain a clean and organized serving area
- Support teammates and adapt to a variety of tasks
- Open or close the station depending on shift
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and kitchen staff
Expectations:
- 1 years of food or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Top 9 Food Allergens
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
