Cardiovascular TechnologistSeven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist for a travel assignment in Norwalk, CT. This vital role involves working within a cath lab setting, supporting hospital and medical staff by performing invasive cardiovascular procedures. We offer the following benefits:License reimbursement – financial support to maintain your professional credentialsReferral program – earn rewards for introducing fellow healthcare professionalsHealth insurance – comprehensive medical coverage for you and your familyCertification reimbursement – assistance with obtaining additional qualificationsWeekly pay – prompt and reliable payments every weekKey Responsibilities of the Cardiovascular Technologist:Assist in scrubbing and utilizing sterile technique for invasive cardiovascular procedures including angioplastyPrepare surgical trays and tables for proceduresMonitor patient's hemodynamic status and ECGCollect and enter patient information into the physiologic monitoring systemConduct pre-procedure interviews to obtain medical history and educate patientsPrepare cath lab and equipment prior to invasive testingPosition patients and connect monitoring devicesAssist cardiologists with arterial closure devices and obtain hemostasisRequirements of the Cardiovascular Technologist:State of CT Radiographer licenseARRT (R) and/or RCIS certification through CCIMinimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or EP LabNorwalk, CT, offers a vibrant lifestyle with its rich history, cultural attractions, and easy access to scenic coastlines.
