Growth Marketing Lead

Growth Remote (US / EU) Full-time $110K – $150K + equity Posted March 10, 2026 About the role We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own the full growth funnel — from acquiring new founders to activating them to making them successful long-term users. This is a hybrid role: part strategist, part executor. You'll set the growth strategy, but you'll also write the blog posts, launch the campaigns, analyze the data, and iterate. We're too small for a \"strategy only\" hire — you need to get your hands dirty. GetLaunchDay grows primarily through content, SEO, community, and product-led growth. We spend very little on paid ads. If you love building organic growth engines, this role is for you. What you'll do Own the entire growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue Build and execute content strategy — blog, newsletter, social, community Drive SEO growth through programmatic and editorial content Design and run product-led growth experiments (onboarding, activation, referrals) Manage a modest paid marketing budget ($5-10K/mo) for high-ROI experiments Analyze funnel data and find the biggest leverage points Build and grow the GetLaunchDay community (Twitter, Discord, newsletter) Create launch campaigns for new features and product updates What we're looking for 4+ years in growth, digital marketing, or demand generation for SaaS Proven track record growing a B2B or B2C SaaS product Deep understanding of content marketing and SEO Comfortable with data — SQL or analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog) Strong writing skills — you can write a compelling blog post or landing page Experience with product-led growth mechanics (onboarding, activation loops) Founder mindset — you think about growth holistically, not just campaigns Nice to have Previous startup experience (founder, early-stage growth hire) Experience marketing to founders or indie hackers Community building experience (Slack, Discord, newsletter with 5K+ subscribers) Basic design skills (can create simple graphics and social images) Public speaking or podcast experience Google Analytics PostHog Ahrefs Webflow (for landing pages) Notion Linear Work from anywhere worldwide.
