Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmedin Baytown, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour Valid Driver's License Client Requires Proof of HS Diploma/GED Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 PM - 08:00 PMTue12:00 PM - 08:00 PMWed12:00 PM - 08:00 PMThur12:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, process areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor and control access to designated areas by checking credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and following site entry procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed. Complete accurate reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
