HRHS is a not for profit, community-focused health system serving more than 65,000 residents in Reno County and 18 surrounding counties in Central Kansas. With approximately $240 million dollars in net patient revenue, HRHS is the largest employer in Reno County and a vital contributor to the health and well-being of the region.The system includes Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, a 190 licensed bed acute care hospital, along with Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County, Horizons Mental Health Center, and Health E Quip. Hutchinson Regional Medical Center offers a broad range of services including a Heart and Vascular Center, Cancer Treatment Center, Birthing Center, Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center, and Sleep Diagnostic Center. The medical center is accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and patient centered care.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will have responsibility for the overall financial health of the system, including financial strategy, budgeting, performance improvement, long range planning, and revenue cycle performance. This leader will play a key role in supporting market growth, enhancing revenue, optimizing cost structure, and partnering with clinical and operational leaders to achieve organizational objectives.The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare finance executive with a strategic and data driven approach to performance improvement and a demonstrated ability to lead in a complex, mission driven environment.
