Within the KASCO Field Service/Sales (Commission Level VI) job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.

Education and/or Experience:

One-year certificate from college or technical school with six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills: Essentials

• Mechanical aptitude - able diagnose problems and technically comprehend Kasco's service program
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Proficient with tools; demonstrated ability to perform repairs
• Able to properly order and deliver repair items
• Ability and desire to be computer literate with apps and programs used in scope of job
• Able to read and follow a map and use GPS
• Able to manage van inventory and replenishment
• Ability to read and interpret machine schematic drawings.

Language Skills:

To read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees.

Reasoning Ability:

Applies common sense. Able to successfully handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
