KeyStaff is looking for an experienced and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team with Orange County Utilities Department. This position is temporary and the work schedule is flexible Monday -Friday starting at 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Overview:
- Review construction engineering plans for regulatory and technical compliance
- Evaluate grease trap specifications to ensure adherence to code and standards
- Perform occasional field inspections and site visits
- Route email inquiries to appropriate departments for resolution
- Manage and update internal databases with accurate project and customer data
- Respond to and resolve technical phone inquiries professionally
- Schedule, set up, and participate in meetings with customers and stakeholders
- Edit, format, and manage PDF documents for clarity and compliance
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
- Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering and construction drawings
- Experience with database systems and data entry
- Familiar with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools
- Working knowledge of LDMS (Laboratory Data Management System)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat for PDF editing and formatting

Pay Rate: $19.91 per hour
