Residential Sales Specialist ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)

Residential Sales Specialist Job Summary : The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing residential customers while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, selling pest control solutions, collaborating with customer service and technicians, and managing daily sales activities using the company’s sales CRM. Responsibilities Assess customers' needs by performing a needs analysis based on customer concerns and product knowledge. Inspect homes and businesses for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, and related issues. Sell pest control solutions based on assessment findings. Collaborate with the customer service center, Inside Sales department, and technicians for increased opportunities. Partner with the Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals that resolve existing pest issues and propose additional household services. Complete home diagrams using the Sales CRM to ensure a clear understanding of the customer’s home and potential challenges. Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities. Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure job satisfaction. Complete daily activities and track sales performance using the company sales CRM. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Technical degree preferred. Pest industry certifications (a plus). At least 1 year of sales or pest technician experience. Prefer 1–2 years of pest control sales experience and 2 or more years in a customer service role. Effective verbal communicator with strong customer-facing presentation skills and follow-up ability. Valid driver’s license from state of residence. Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time within the assigned territory(s). Compensation Base pay range: $15.87–$28.27 per hour. Annual total earning potential after initial training: $62,300–$108,400 per year. After training, additional monetary compensation may include overtime, incentive, and/or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes, and achieving Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs"). Hourly pay: $17.00–$22.00.
