ICU RN

Role: Seeking experienced CVICU RNs who are also willing to provide coverage in the CCU . The role supports a smaller independent hospital with two Cath Labs, including one Hybrid Cath Lab, and requires strong cardiovascular critical care experience. Key Responsibilities Provide critical care nursing in the CVICU and CCU . Care for complex cardiovascular patients, including patients requiring Day 0 CVICU care . Support the hospital's Cath Lab services as needed. Float to Acute Care/Medical-Surgical units when required. Participate in the call rotation , including approximately one call shift every two weeks when requested based on staffing needs. Work collaboratively with the care team to provide safe, high-quality patient care. Schedule 12-hour night shifts . Weekend rotation required. Must participate in the call rotation. May be required to float to Med-Surg/Acute Care. Requirements Strong CVICU experience required. Previous Day 0 CVICU experience required. Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience . Current Colorado RN license in good standing. Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association . Submission Requirements Current resume. BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS if applicable/required for submission. Skills sheet highlighting CVICU competencies . Nursys RN license verification. Housing Furnished studio and 1-bedroom apartments may be available to travelers near the hospital, subject to availability.
