Elementary School Principal NYC | Charter School Leadership

At Zeta, we are seeking an Elementary School Principal with a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of teaching experience, and at least 2 years of successfully leading a school to extraordinary outcomes. The role is for the 2026‑2027 school year with a start date of July 8, 2026. The salary range is $125,000 to $180,000, with eligibility for up to a 10% performance bonus and additional stipends for leaders managing testing grades. New hires are placed at the salary nearest the start of the range based on experience and internal equity.
