About the Position

A healthcare organization in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Gastroenterologist Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients with digestive system disorders . The physician will diagnose, manage, and treat conditions such as GERD, IBS, liver disease, and pancreatitis , while performing procedures including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy .

Responsibilities include providing outpatient consultations, collaborating with surgical teams as needed, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation . The role combines procedure-based and clinical gastroenterology care in a collaborative hospital setting.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Mix of outpatient and procedural care

• On-call participation as required

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified/Eligible – Gastroenterology

• Ohio Medical License or eligibility

• DEA Certification (if required)

• Strong clinical & teamwork skills
