CNC Set-Up TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Set-Up Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and operating CNC lathes and mills, as well as a thorough understanding of CAD/CAM.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specificationsCreate and edit CNC programs as neededPerform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production processTrain and mentor other team members on best practices for CNC machine operationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and qualityRequirements:Experience with CNC Milling and CNC TurningStrong technical skills and mechanical aptitudeProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of G-code programming languageExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible hours as neededIf you have a passion for precision machining and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
