What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality care to neonates in a Level III NICU with up to 20 beds
• Perform neonatal rounds and manage critically ill infants
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and attend all high-risk C-section births
• Support outpatient neonatal clinics one day a week
• Collaborate with a team including one full-time Neonatologist and 5 in-house mid-level providers
• Respond to call within 20 minutes, utilizing pager and Spectra Link phone
• Document care in Epic EMR system

What You Need

• Valid PA Medical License and Neonatology certification (or eligibility)
• Experience with NICU Level III or similar high-acuity neonatal units (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to respond quickly and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
