We have an exciting roster of major brands for which we are seeking a talented ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (AD) at our LOS ANGELES (CULVER CITY) office. The primary focuses of this position are: strategic thinking, account management, client counsel, partnership development and team oversight. The Account Director is an integral member of our management team, helping shape our office dynamic, mentoring junior teammates and participating in new business pitches. Requirements BA/BS college degree in communications or journalism and 5-8 years PR/related experience with direct travel and lifestyle client background preferred A personal network of high-level print, digital and broadcast media contacts and the know-how to engage them Strong mentorship and coaching skills Self-starting and hands-on Organized and thoughtful Superior people management and presentation skills Problem solving techniques Savvy client counsel Creative and critical thinking skills Finally, a zest for storytelling and a love for travel are musts! Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 + BONUS MMGY Global provides a comprehensive PTO + benefits package that includes a hybrid telework policy.
