This role is perfect for physicians who want a focused night shift schedule with no procedures or codes, and support from mid-level providers. You'll be part of a growing, physician-led hospitalist group dedicated to evidence-based care and transforming healthcare delivery in the Tampa Bay area.Role Highlights:Schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM, 7 on / 7 off (approx. 183 shifts annually)Duties: All admissions and floor callExtra shifts available for additional compensationMid-level support for floor call and admissionsExpected admissions: 8–12 per nightLocation & Lifestyle:Tampa offers a vibrant community with access to beaches, cultural activities, and a warm Florida lifestyle.
