We’ll be building out shelving for one of our customers and need someone with more of a warehouse/general labor background. The role will include building the shelves, potentially loading them onto trucks and assisting with delivery. Various other general labor needs as required.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, repackaging products, inventory activities, product rotation, and warehouse maintenance.

This is a labor-intensive position requiring strict attention to order accuracy when loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming shipments. The Warehouse Loader works from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack and is responsible for ensuring accurate loading while complying with shipper and receiver documentation.

The position requires maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment and may involve working in a variety of weather conditions. Employees may be required to repeatedly lift and move a high volume of product cases weighing approximately 20–45 pounds during extended work periods.

Key Responsibilities

Truck Loading & Product Handling

• Select designated packages and product flavors from the warehouse and load them into the appropriate bays of route trucks.
• Build truck loads according to each salesperson's specific customer orders.
• Load trucks with Red Bull products in accordance with Distribution Company standards.
• Verify that trucks are loaded accurately according to the Account Manager's requests.
• Ensure products are properly rotated on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Load and unload pallets safely and efficiently.
• Use forklifts and/or electronic pallet jacks to move and stage products as required.
• Follow warehouse instructions and established procedures when building loads.
• Ensure compliance with all shipper and receiver documentation requirements.

Product Repackaging & Quality Control

• Properly clean and repackage products in accordance with Company standards.
• Identify and appropriately dispose of damaged and/or Out-of-Code (OOC) products after receiving approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintain proper product rotation and storage practices to minimize product loss.

Warehouse Maintenance & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Dispose of trash nightly.
• Sweep warehouse floors daily.
• Operate the floor scrubber periodically as required.
• Follow all applicable warehouse, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Maintain awareness of moving mechanical equipment and other workplace hazards.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete a required drug screen.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a forklift skills test, if applicable.
• Must have basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, including product storage, staging, and material handling.
• Experience operating a forklift, including:
• • Driving forward and backward.
  • Lifting and lowering the boom.
  • Maneuvering safely in tight spaces.
  • Moving products without causing damage.
• Experience loading and unloading pallets, including:
• • Pulling and placing pallets on and off trucks.
  • Stacking products vertically to maximize warehouse storage.
• Previous experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to cooperate with coworkers and participate in joint problem-solving.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Regularly use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and equipment.
• Regularly reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly communicate verbally and listen effectively.
• Frequently walk and sit.
• Occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and material-handling activities throughout extended work periods.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions when required.
• Work environment noise level is generally moderate.
• Must have the ability to perform forklift and commercial vehicle operations, as applicable.
• Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
