Production Supervisor

Responsibilities As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You’ll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered. Safety First : Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance Driving Operational Excellence : Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently produces high‑quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. Take ownership of team performance. Strategic Focus & Problem Solving : Prioritize critical tasks, allocate human resources to maximize efficiency, apply bias for action. Team Leadership & Development : Embrace servant leadership, focus on building high‑performing teams, motivate to achieve shared goals. Data‑Driven Decision Making : Utilize data to reduce downtime and quality defects, track and report employee time and attendance. Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance : Identify inefficiencies, improve processes, drive innovation, maintain rigorous standards. Conflict Resolution & Interpersonal Relationships : Mediate conflicts, foster a psychologically safe environment, maintain relationships with suppliers, union and other stakeholders. Accountability & Fairness : Champion accountability, manage your own performance and that of the hourly workforce. Collaboration : Value perspectives of all team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience. Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends. Even Better Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP). This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480 – $141,360. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
