We are hiring for a hospitalist position. Candidates must be comfortable rounding and admitting patients during their shift. Local Team Collaboration: Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center. Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community. Our team members actively participate in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement. Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows. Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center. Qualifications: Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine. New grads, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Flexible Scheduling: Swing shift hours 1 am - 11 pm and 2 pm - 2 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. Opportunity for moonlighting. This is a full or part-time hospitalist role. Key Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on rounding and admitting patients, Procedures are not required. Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings. Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests. Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). Utilize Epic EMR system. Rewards and Compensation: Annual compensation up to $315,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
