Project Administrator

Support day-to-day cost control and project administration activities
Assist with invoice processing, tracking, and reconciliation
Maintain and update Excel trackers and cost reports
Track project spend, budgets, and cost data
Support change orders and budget adjustments in internal systems
Coordinate with project managers, cost engineers, and field teams
Assist with weekly/monthly reporting for project leadership
Help organize project documentation and support administrative needs

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related
0-2 years of experience (internships count) in construction, engineering, or project environments
Strong Excel skills (formulas, data tracking, organization)
Experience or exposure to invoicing / billing / cost tracking
Strong attention to detail & ability to handle repetitive tasks


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Internship or exposure to project controls / cost engineering
Experience with Power BI or data tools
Familiarity with cost systems / ERP tools
