Warehouse Operator II - 2nd shift

Kelly is hiring for a Warehouse Operator II for a 27-month contract role at Wilmington IL 60481 with our prestigious client.

Job Title: Warehouse Operator II

Primary Location: Wilmington IL 60481

27-month contract - Onsite role

2nd Shift (12pm - 8pm) Mon - Fri

Pay rate: $23/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Sit down forklift operation is a requirement.
• Prepare orders by picking material/quantity using manual pick ticket ensuring order accuracy placing material onto pallets following established procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, consolidating, cycle counting, and other duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and management team to meet productivity targets and scheduled workload demands.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and efficient operations ensuring housekeeping standards are met.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within all warehouse areas.
• Follow site safety policies and PPE requirements at all times.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math functions.
• Meet all requirements of the pre-employment "Fitness for Duty" assessment.
