Registered Nurse - Operating Room

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shifts are required, with a schedule of 3x12 hours from 18:45 to 06:15.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a Level 1 Trauma Center and familiarity with Neuro and Ortho procedures. Candidates must possess strong circulating skills and be adaptable to the fast-paced environment of the operating room.

Assist in a variety of surgical procedures, predominantly in Ortho, Spine, and Neuro.

Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting.

Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments.

Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma OR setting; 3-4 years preferred.

Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS).

First-time travelers are accepted, but candidates must have the necessary experience and skills.

Must be willing to work during holiday periods, especially Christmas.

State licensure is required; compact licenses must be validated through the appropriate processes.
