Computational Research Scientist II: Protein Design & AI
The University of Texas at Austin
The Savinov lab at UT Austin is seeking a Research Engineering/Scientist Associate II to contribute to multiple projects that design protein fragments as regulators of cellular interactions. You will run AI/ML structure prediction, protein design, and data science on HPC systems. Experience with AlphaFold, Python, and data-heavy workflows is essential; additional biology experience is a plus.
