Lockport Rehab and Health Care Center in Lockport, NY is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. Our state-of-the-art facility combines modern rehabilitation technology with a warm, family-like atmosphere — at Lockport, you are family. The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides individualized care to short-term rehab patients and long-term residents in a setting built on dignity, compassion, and respect.
Prior nursing home experience is NOT required for the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position — we welcome SLPs from hospital, outpatient, school, or any other setting.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Duties
Evaluate and treat residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and carry out individualized plans of care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team
Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes
Educate residents and families on communication and swallowing strategies

Salary: $88,000 – $95,000 per year
