Analytics and Innovation Product Owner

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Analytics team at Marsh Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Analytics and Innovation Product Owner, you will work with emerging data and digital technologies to build self-service business intelligence (BI) and data visualization solutions on big data platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering scalable data products and insights that support business decision-making and operational efficiency. We will count on you to: Develop and maintain BI and data visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, and MicroStrategy. Build and optimize large enterprise data warehouses and data marts for BI, analytics, and reporting using platforms like Oracle, Teradata, and DB2. Manage Tableau Server administration and Tableau Extracts to ensure efficient data delivery. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and best practices in data management and analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives in data quality, governance, and analytics processes. What you need to have: Proficiency with BI and analytical tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, and Qlik. Experience with SQL and big data technologies including Hive and Presto. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and enterprise data architecture. Knowledge of data security standards and best practices in analytics environments.
