Role: Product Owner – Commercial Analytics (Life Sciences) Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in life sciences commercial analytics and deep technical capabilities in AWS, PySpark, Tableau, and IQVIA dataset. This role will lead the strategy and execution of data and analytics products that drive sales, marketing, and commercial decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for commercial analytics solutions Develop scalable data and AI-driven products for pharma commercial functions Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and GenAI Should be an 'AI experienced eader' Able to create mock‑ups on Tableau using AI features and should be Handson Commercial industry expert Stakeholder Management Partner with sales, marketing, and market access stakeholders Serve as the bridge between business and data/engineering teams Lead product demos, roadmap discussions, and executive updates Data & Platform Delivery Work extensively with IQVIA datasets (Xponent, DDD, LAAD, etc.) Collaborate on large‑scale data processing with PySpark/Spark frameworks Oversee development of dashboards using Tableau Deliver insights for SFE, segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking Ensure insights are actionable and aligned to business KPIs Agile Execution Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery milestones Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies Deliver incremental value through releases Required Qualifications 10+ years in life sciences/pharma commercial analytics Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift) PySpark / distributed data processing Databricks Deep experience with IQVIA data and commercial pharma datasets Strong understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Territory Alignment (TA) Commercial analytics Preferred Qualifications Experience in GenAI / AI‑driven analytics use cases Knowledge of Next Best Action (NBA) and omnichannel analytics Strong SQL and data modeling skills Exposure to modular data product architectures Soft Skills Strong executive communication and stakeholder management Ability to translate data into business impact Excellent problem‑solving and leadership skills Experience working in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments Key Outcomes Deliver scalable commercial analytics platforms Accelerate insight generation and adoption Drive measurable commercial impact and ROI

Compensation & Benefits Transparency Statement Base Salary Range: $130k-$165k The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including: Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost‑of‑labor differences) Experience & Qualifications relevant to the role Internal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels What This Means for You The minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 5).
