Slitter Operator / Steel Manufacturing
Warren, Ohio area Steel Manufacturing Facility seeks a Slitter Operator that has experience working in steel processing, cut-to-length lines, or in a steel service center.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $54,000
Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits
Requirements:
- High School, GED, Vocational / Technical School and / or Higher Level of Education
- 25 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry
- Operate steel slitting and cut-to-length equipment
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Lead and run a crew safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment
- Ensure product quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized production environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, team mindset
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
