Riverbend Commercial Title Services is in search of a Practice Group Assistant to provide administrative support for Closing Agents, Managers and Officers. Job Duties: Perform various administrative duties, including, travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling and details relating to practice group meetings, distribution of invites and materials, populating firm calendars and creating agendas. Prepare documents at the direction of the title professionals, including but not limited to correspondence letters, closing documents, binders, title insurance products and reports. Scan documents into electronic format and create electronic binders. Hand deliver packages. Make deposits at banking institutions. Correspond with banking institutions to obtain releases mortgages and other security instruments. Correspond with Riverbend teammates, third party service providers, clients and customers of Riverbend. Conduct online research, gather information, and prepare written reports. Maintain and input billable hours. Makes necessary copies and arrange various copy projects with copy service. Other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and document management systems. Strong attention to detail. Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. High school diploma or GED. Ability to handle confidential information. May lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
