Job Summary:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Bilingual Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
- Provide communication between the clinical staff and clients
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay Range: $21- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)
- Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load
- Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
Requirements:
- Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification
- Previous experience with children
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Fluently communicate in Spanish
