Corporate Associate Attorney

We are working with a global law firm, looking to bring on an Corporate Associate Attorney. They are looking for someone with previous mergers & acquisitions experience, private equity experience, and venture capital experience. Requirements Licensed and in good standing in Florida 3-6 years of M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital markets experience Am Law 50 experience preferred Fintech/blockchain experience and language skills (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus Responsibilities Counseling clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including general corporate, M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities, capital markets, fintech/blockchain, and cross border transactions, and acting as a key coordinator on overall legal needs working closely with select partners of the firm with a fast paced and highly active practice. Handling complex transactional work, including Corporate, M&A, Venture Capital, Financing, Funds and Private Equity matters. Advise on Delaware law transactions and corporate governance issues The annual salary for this position is between 325k-375k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
