Wise Staffing in Huntsville is hiring dedicated, hard-working Production Assembly Associates for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in Athens, AL. This is a temp-to-perm role where strong attendance and solid performance lead directly to full-time direct-hire opportunities with competitive pay and regular raises.

As an associate, you will perform repetitive assembly tasks-including seating and wiring work-while meeting daily production goals.

Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $17.50/ hr (1st Shift) | $18.50/ hr (2nd Shift) - Paid Weekly

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM ($17.50/hour)
2nd Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:45 AM ($18.50/hour)
Overtime: Mandatory based on production needs. Shifts may run 8-10+ hours per day.

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

Perform high-speed, repetitive assembly line work (automotive seating and wiring).
Follow all process standards and process assignments as designated by site management.
Maintain focus and productivity throughout the entire shift to consistently meet daily line goals.
Adhere strictly to all plant safety rules, proper lifting techniques, and immediate injury reporting protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

Attendance: Punctuality and daily attendance are critical.
Dress Code & PPE:
- Steel-toe boots are required.
- Wise-provided black WISE shirt, and WISE hat required daily.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand continuously for the entire shift (8-10+ hours).
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, gripping, and repetitive hand/wrist movements.
