Our heritage is in electrohydraulic and electromechanical actuation systems, and now, through acquisitions and internal development of full Turreted Weapon Systems (TWS) solutions. We are looking for a Program Administrator to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah, reporting to the Staff Program Manager. Responsibilities Order Processing : Enter and maintain contract and sales order data in ERP systems to support accurate, timely fulfillment of program obligations. Financial Transactions : Generate invoices and process credit requests and credit memos in accordance with company policies. Logistics Coordination : Manage packer requests and resolve shipping issues escalated by internal shipping teams. Customer Engagement : Communicate professionally with customers, responding to inquiries and supporting small business needs. Documentation & Records : Maintain official program records for audit purposes; prepare contract briefs to support incurred cost submissions. Compliance & Contracts : Review bailment agreements and ensure adherence to contractual requirements; utilize compliance matrices to verify contract execution. Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and resolve operational issues. Warranty & Returns : Manage Return Under Review (RUR) and repair warranty processes. Reporting & Analysis : Develop and maintain dashboards and weekly reports to track program performance. Contract & Program Knowledge : Apply foundational understanding of contracts and program operations to ensure accurate documentation and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with three (3)+ years of experience. Experience with ERP/order management systems (SAP, MBS, CCRF preferred). Strong communication, attention to detail, and data accuracy skills. Solid business acumen, contract awareness, and analytical/problem‑solving ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Customer‑focused with strong stakeholder collaboration skills. Familiarity with logistics in space/defense industries a plus. Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
