Role Description The Tech Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT. This role provides technical and customer support for Crush’s cloud platform, assisting users with system access, configuration, and usage across yard management, car-buying, analytics, and marketplace tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and connectivity issues, documenting incidents, and escalating complex problems to engineering or product teams as needed. The Tech Support Analyst will communicate with customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems, track case progress, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. The role also contributes to knowledge base articles, supports user onboarding and training, and offers feedback to improve product usability and performance. Qualifications Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for cloud-based software and web applications. Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently. Analytical Skills to interpret logs, identify patterns, and diagnose root causes of technical issues. Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with ticketing or help desk systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) is beneficial. Ability to prioritize multiple cases, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and maintain attention to detail. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
