Veterinary Receptionist – Spay & Neuter Clinic (Part-Time)

We are a fast-paced Spay and Neuter Clinic seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This role requires excellent phone, written, and people skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Able to communicate in Spanish
• Experience in a veterinary field
• Familiarity with Avimark veterinary software

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds
• Not afraid of or allergic to animals
• Willing to assist with basic cleaning related to animal care

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Part-time: 28 hours per week
• Potential to become full-time (38 hours/week) based on clinic needs and performance

Pay:

• $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
