Dental Receptionist

We are a fast paced Endodontic practice seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the practice. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and customer service.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dental front office experience

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $18-$20 per hour.
