About Conductor We're a small, in-person team in San Francisco building the first AI orchestrator. Conductor lets you run a team of coding agents on your Mac. We launched a few months ago, and are now used by engineers at leading companies like Linear, Vercel, Notion, Stripe, and Y Combinator. We work in person in our beautiful San Francisco office About You We’re looking for a founding product designer who can help us create beautiful and intuitive interfaces for the next generation of IDEs and shape our brand. You’re probably a good fit if: You like to move fast You care about craft and take pride in your work You have strong opinions about software You have startup experience You have designed products for developers Compensation Pay: Compared to similar companies at our stage, we aim to pay roughly median salary and 90th percentile equity. We give out more stock than other companies because we hire less, and each employee can make an unusually large impact.
