Automotive Service Advisor
Abeloff Auto Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are a family-owned dealership serving the Poconos for over 60 years, and our employees are our greatest asset. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
- Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance
- Prepare and explain repair estimates clearly and professionally
- Verify coverage and obtain authorizations from insurance companies, factory warranties, and aftermarket warranties
- Assign repair orders to technicians and monitor workflow
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process and ensure satisfaction upon completion
- Ensure all work meets dealership and customer expectations
