About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Talent Management to spearhead the enterprise talent strategy. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the workforce, leadership, succession, capability, and development agenda to align with the firm's long-term business priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for repositioning talent management as a strategic workforce architecture function, translating business and AI agendas into practical frameworks, and ensuring that the company has the necessary leadership depth, role architecture, and talent practices to meet the needs of clients, employees, stockholders, and regulators. Key responsibilities include leading the talent management strategy, building and maintaining enterprise capability profiles, and advancing the talent pipeline strategy with a focus on critical capabilities. Applicants must have significant senior leadership experience in talent management or a related discipline, with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise talent strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of succession planning, leadership assessment, capability modeling, and talent analytics, as well as experience in leading through workforce transformation, including AI-related changes. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, analytical judgment, and executive presence, and be adept at influencing senior executives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Critical competencies include enterprise leadership, strategic thinking, and inclusive talent stewardship.
