Receptionist

Immediate need for a talented Receptionist. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Slater IA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM – No OT, holidays, or weekends
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Assist visitors with registration and check-in procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Schedule and prepare meeting rooms as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
• Provide support to office staff with various administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Receptionist, customer service, administrative, Front Desk.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
