Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine within Stanford University’s Department of Medicine is a dynamic and innovative center dedicated to excellence in research, medical education, and clinical care. Supported by more than 90 faculty members and a dedicated staff, we are the backbone of our ongoing efforts to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease. We are currently seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRC) who is passionate about clinical research and committed to delivering impactful results. The ACRC will collaborate closely with a robust clinical research team—including Principal Investigators, Clinical Research Nurse Managers, Associates, and other stakeholders—to support patients with heart failure. Responsibilities include assisting the clinical research team during study visits, administering questionnaires and 6 minute walking tests, entering patient data into Sponsor platforms and performing administrative duties. The coordinator will work under the supervision of the Research Nurse Manager and Principal Investigators. Exceptional diplomacy, interpersonal and communication skills, and a high degree of integrity are essential, as is attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
