About the Position

A well-established primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join its Richmond, Virginia location in 2026. This is an outstanding opportunity to inherit an established patient panel from a retiring physician, allowing for immediate continuity of care and a smooth transition into practice.

Because the outgoing physician is female and many patients have expressed a preference for continuing with a female provider, a female physician is strongly preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from a U.S. medical school
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license
• 5–20 years of Primary Care experience
• Excellent clinical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to providing personalized, high-quality patient care

Compensation

• Base Salary: $225,000–$285,000 , commensurate with experience
