Executive & Personal Assistant — Two Growing Startups (Part-Time, Hybrid) I’m hiring a sharp, autonomous assistant to work directly with me across two early‑stage companies: BellyMD — a physician‑led gut‑brain health startup (consumer supplements, digital app, clinical pipeline) Tour SJ / The Blush Bus — a South Jersey wine tour and bachelorette experience business One role, two companies. You’ll see how startups actually run from the inside. What you’ll do Take a specific multi‑step task from me and run it to completion: research a vendor, draft a comparison, book the thing, close the loop Pack and ship MGB+ supplement orders from the home office Run errands: post office, supply pickups, drop-offs Help coordinate Blush Bus bookings, vendor communication, and event logistics Build a spreadsheet, draft an email, organize files in Drive Handle the small stuff that frees me up: let a contractor in, manage household‑adjacent logistics Take a half‑formed idea and come back with it done I won’t be handing you my inbox. I will be handing you projects, errands, and end‑to‑end deliverables.
